Job summary

Myers EPS, a leading designer and manufacturer of backup power solutions, seeks a detail-oriented Project Engineer - BESS to join The Myers Engineering team. The role combines technical project management with hands-on electro-mechanical design, overseeing Phase-Gate development, estimating resources and costs, and driving on-time delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include schematic/PCB design, DC/DC/AC/DC analysis, and collaboration with Product Management, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• A minimum one year of work experience as a Project Engineer or relevant experience in BESS or similar engineering field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase-Gate Product Development and estimates for resource needs, schedules, and costs.
• Coordinate with Product Management to refine requirements and communicate status to leadership.
• Hands-on design and development of electro-mechanical assemblies and Bills of Materials.
