Job summary

Myers EPS, a leading designer and manufacturer of backup power solutions, seeks a detail-oriented Project Engineer - BESS in Bethlehem, PA. This role combines technical design with project management to ensure schedule, cost, and product targets are met across new and existing BESS lines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop engineering deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance phase-gate product development while shaping the next generation of energy storage systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a Project Engineer or in BESS or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to meet product milestones and costs.
• Develop and communicate project status to executive leadership.
• Coordinate Phase-Gate processes for new product development.
• Design and analyze DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC conversions.
• Perform schematic and PCB design for complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
