Career Team is seeking a Project Director who will manage staff and oversee administration, programs, and the strategic plan. The role requires handling WIOA Title 1, Adult and Dislocated Worker programs, and related grants while ensuring performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supervising staff in workforce programs.
• Knowledge of WIOA Title 1 and related grants preferred.
• Ability to ensure contract compliance and program performance.
