Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Closer/Landscape Designer/Install Manager to drive in-home sales with commission-based earnings in California.

You will meet clients, analyze needs, prepare 2D/3D designs and estimates, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals while overseeing design to completion. The role requires strong sales drive, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualificações

• In-home sales experience in home improvement or landscape is preferred.
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop hardscape/landscape designs (2D/3D) and estimates.
• Self-motivated to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. with clients, crews, staff and vendors.
• Meet with qualified prospective clients on preset appointments to develop design (2D/3D) and estimates.
• Deliver professional presentations for hardscape/landscape offerings.
• Sketch and measure projects for proposal development.
• Use Excel templates to develop project estimates.
• Present and close comprehensive proposals to clients.
• Act as primary contact and oversee design to completion.
• Occasionally promote Black Diamond at local home shows.

(Commission Only) Due to the continued growth of our company, we have an immediate opening for a Sales Closer/Landscape Designer/Install Manager. Successful experience with Sales & Leadership, preferably in the Home Improvement Industry and/or Hardscape/Landscape Design/Installation is sought. We are looking for candidates who are driven, proactive, confident, self-motivated, and have knowledge of the local area.

Job Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape, Inc. through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff, and vendors.
• Meet with qualified prospective clients on pre-set appointments and conduct a needs analysis to develop a suitable and desirable hardscape/landscape design (2D, 3D) and estimate.
• Conduct a professional presentation for our hardscape/landscapes/accessories and outdoor living environments.
• Sketch and Measure projects for proposal development.
• Use Microsoft Excel worksheets (templates) to develop project estimates.
• Present and close a comprehensive, detailed proposal to prospective clients.
• Act as primary contact with clients and oversee design to completion.
• Occasionally promote Black Diamond at local Home and Garden Shows.
