BLACK DIAMOND PAVER STONES & LANDSCAPE, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Closer/Landscape Designer/Install Manager for a full-time, commission-only in-home sales role.

You will meet with clients, develop hardscape/landscape designs (2D/3D), prepare proposals, and close deals. Responsibilities include presenting designs, measuring projects, using Excel for estimates, and guiding customers from first contact through project completion, with onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales in home improvement or similar industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to measure, sketch, and develop proposals.
• Comfort with commission-only compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Represent Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape in client interactions.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and develop hardscape/landscape designs (2D/3D) and estimates.
• Present and close proposals for hardscape/landscape projects.
• Sketch and measure projects for proposal development; use Excel for estimates.
• Serve as primary contact with clients from design through completion; promote at local shows as needed.

Successful experience with Sales & Leadership, preferably in the Home Improvement Industry and/or Hardscape/Landscape Design/Installation is sought. Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape, Inc. through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff, and vendors.
• Meet with qualified prospective clients on pre-set appointments and conduct a needs analysis to develop a suitable and desirable hardscape/landscape design (2D, 3D) and estimate.
• Conduct a professional presentation for our hardscape/landscapes/accessories and outdoor living environments.
• Sketch and Measure projects for proposal development.
• Use Microsoft Excel worksheets (templates) to develop project estimates.
• Present and close a comprehensive, detailed proposal to prospective clients.
• Act as primary contact with clients and oversee design to completion.
• Occasionally promote Black Diamond at local Home and Garden Shows.
