Job summary

Terracon seeks an organized project delivery support specialist to enhance document control, tracking, and communication across project teams in Sarasota. You will collaborate with project managers to manage resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while drafting reports and proposals.

Qualifications

High school diploma required, 2+ years of related experience preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is expected.

Responsibilities

Provide document control for projects per established processes and ensure quality standards.
Assist project/program manager with resource management and tracking of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Draft report and proposal deliverables with the project team.
Support invoicing, change orders, and WIP/AR management with the team.
Update TerraNet and CRM with project information as needed.
Communicate project milestones and status to stakeholders.
