Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a document control and project support specialist to assist with project delivery in Alabama. You will manage documents, track progress, and draft communications to ensure a great client experience.

You will partner with financial analysts and the project team to monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders, while updating TerraNet and CRM systems and coordinating with clients on delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document processes to ensure control and availability of project and client docs.
• Partner with finance and project teams to review budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Draft reports, templates, proposals, and change orders for projects.
• Update TerraNet and CRM with client requirements and communications.
• Support management of Work in Progress (WIP), invoicing, and AR where applicable.
• Coordinate client opportunities/requests and keep stakeholders informed.
