Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented project support professional to assist with document control, project delivery coordination, and client communications.

You will work with the project team to track budgets, schedules, and invoices while maintaining TerraNet and CRM records. Strong MS Office skills and a valid driver's license are required, with geotechnical software experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 4 years of related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document processes for project and client documentation and routing.
• Track budgets, timelines, and change orders with project team.
• Draft reports, templates, and proposals for projects.
• Maintain TerraNet and CRM updates with client-specific requirements.
• Support WIP, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.
• Schedule utility locating services and coordinate field activities.
• Assist with drawings, boring/test pit plans, logs, and soil/rock classifications.
• Communicate project status and delivery schedules with clients.
