Job summary

Terracon seeks a detail‑oriented professional to provide project delivery support including document control, tracking, and client communications. You will draft reports, proposals, and change orders, and work with TerraNet and CRM systems to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience and may hold an associate or bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in MS Office, gINT, and AutoCAD LT is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years of related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document processes and project documentation for local offices.
• Support project delivery, billing, budgets, and schedules with the team.
• Draft reports, proposals, and change orders; manage TerraNet/CRM updates.
• Support WIP, AR, and client communications; track milestones and priorities.
• Coordinate utility locating services, site access, and drawings/ logs.
• Provide general engineering support and field classification of samples.
