Job summary

Water Odyssey is looking for a Project Coordinator & Customer Support Specialist to support the Sales and Technical Services teams. You will coordinate projects after the sale, prepare submittals, support customers, and assist with replacement parts and technical service requests.

The role requires organization, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with multiple departments to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project handoffs from Sales to Operations.
• Create and manage project submittal packages and supporting documentation.
• Track submittal approvals and maintain accurate project records in HubSpot.
• Prepare and distribute Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Communicate project status, production schedules, and shipment updates with customers and internal teams.
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service on all calls
• Assist customers with replacement parts, warranty requests, and basic technical support.
• Prepare quotes for replacement parts and repair requests.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Technical Services to resolve customer and project needs.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve processes and the customer experience.
