Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions in Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to be the central resource for customer support and manage orders from quote to delivery for StormFilter Cartridge Exchange programs.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, engineers and municipal contacts, coordinating pricing, orders, drawings, deposits, and shipping documentation while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent
• 4+ years in customer service, sales support, order mgmt in construction/manufacturing/industrial/engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 10% overnight

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and product support.
• Prepare and follow up on pricing quotes to convert opportunities into orders.
• Process customer orders, product submittals, drawings, deposits, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate delivery and return freight for cartridge exchange programs.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, invoicing, shipments, and receivables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Credit, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales records within CRM and Access databases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
• Maintain understanding of company products, manufacturing capabilities, and processes.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
