Clayco is seeking a Project Cost Engineer to support the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will work directly with the project management team to oversee budgets, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts, ensuring reports are accurate and aligned with management goals.

You will analyze variances, risks, and spend profiles, collaborate across disciplines, and maintain high standards of cost control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1-4 years of project cost experience.
• Preferred 1 year of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, controls, and construction execution practices.
• Working knowledge of PMWeb or similar software; DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related programs.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented and able to deliver on commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with project management to develop and manage the project financial strategy.
• Manage budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for various stakeholders; identify variances and risks.
• Ensure quality control processes and alignment with management strategy.
• Own cost control function and ensure integrity of cost and forecast reporting.
