Clayco is a full-service real estate development and construction firm seeking a Cost Manager to provide detailed job-cost data and profitability analysis across North America projects.

You will own cost data accuracy, develop forecasts, and support Operations, Accounting, and FP&A with insights. Travel is expected; strong ERP/Procore experience and ASC 606 knowledge are essential, along with mentoring abilities.

Formación

• 7+ years in construction accounting, project controls, or cost management.
• Proficiency in Procore and Touchplan; experience with JDE and SAP.
• Strong financial acumen: build cost models and analyze profitability.
• Excellent communication to translate cost data for field teams and leadership.
• Experience with GL-to-subledger reconciliation and month-end close.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience mentoring project teams on cost processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary financial analyst supporting Operations accountability for profitability.
• Own accuracy and timeliness of cost data and reporting.
• Translate field cost reality into forecasts for Accounting/FP&A.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews with Operations to validate forecasts.
• Validate labor allocation and cost code accuracy.
• Provide job profit and margin analysis for PCL reporting.
• Support GL-to-subledger reconciliation during month-end close.
• Coordinate with Operations, Contracts, and FP&A as financial bridge.
