Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Cost Administrator to coordinate contract reviews, set up projects in Spectrum, review costs and assist with forecasts and billing.

You will work with stakeholders to monitor financial performance, perform monthly WIP reviews, and ensure timely payments, while growing with the company in a culture that values service and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting environment.
• 3 years project cost accounting experience.
• 2 years in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract legal reviews and signatures with customers.
• Monitor job costs and provide feedback to managers for timely decisions.
• Assist with monthly project billing and minimize unbilled revenue.
• Create monthly revenue and gross margin forecasts with PMs.
• Run monthly WIP reviews with project managers and report issues.
• Support accounts receivable to ensure timely invoice payments.
