Job summary

DataField Technology Services is seeking a Project Cost Administrator for a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. You will bridge project managers, finance, and external stakeholders to coordinate contract reviews, establish new projects, monitor costs, and prepare progress billings.

The role emphasizes cost control, WIP reviews, accounts payable/receivable, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Strong financial acumen and proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project billings and ensure timely payment of invoices.
