HireArt is recruiting a Project Coordinator for Response & Recovery Training in the San Francisco area. This full-time contract role coordinates training materials, resources, and schedules across multiple deployment locations, ensuring compliance and consistency.

The successful candidate will manage trainer allocations, audits, and onboarding of supervisors, while traveling up to 50% to support initiatives and program development for the Response & Recovery Team.

Qualifications

Expected compensation: 66.49 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Project Coordinator - Response & Recovery Training to coordinate and support the planning, development, and execution of training programs for its Response & Recovery Team (RRT).

In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training personnel, vehicles, materials, and other resources are prepared and compliant across RRT deployment locations. You’ll also support training portfolio management, quality and compliance audits, and the onboarding and development of training supervisors.

The ideal candidate is an organized and collaborative training professional with experience coordinating training programs in fast-paced operational environments. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating people and resources across locations, and maintaining consistent training standards while identifying opportunities to improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

As a Project Coordinator - Response & Recovery Training, you'll:

• Coordinate the development and implementation of training materials, partnering with cross-functional teams to define scope, project phases, timelines, and quality standards.
• Plan trainer allocation, vehicle availability, and training asset logistics across deployment locations, including coordinating required travel and submitting trainer travel requests.
• Partner with training personnel across RRT deployment locations to ensure training completion, standardization, and compliance.
• Work with the RRT Training Program Manager to prioritize training needs, initiatives, and implementation timelines and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain the RRT training portfolio, ensuring content and program information remain current and are audited at established intervals.
• Onboard and train new training supervisors on role expectations and day-to-day responsibilities and conduct biannual onsite audits to maintain training quality and consistency.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support training activities, training supervisor development, and audits across deployment locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience with training facilitation, development, or management
• 1-3 years of experience in autonomous vehicle operations or a related operational environment
• Experience working in highly collaborative environments and building effective cross-functional partnerships
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly to trainees, team members, and management
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Must have held a valid in-state U.S. driver’s license continuously for the past 3+ years with no gaps.
• Driving history within the past 10 years must meet the role’s requirements regarding:
• DUI or DWI
• Driving-related license suspensions
• Serious at-fault accidents resulting in injury or death
• Two or more moving violations
• Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy
• Flexibility to accommodate training events and changing operational needs
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support training across multiple locations

Bonus Qualification

• At least 6 months of experience as a trainer or in another training role within a Response & Recovery Team
• Strong knowledge of Response & Recovery Team procedures and responsibilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
• Experience with learning management systems such as Docebo or Cornerstone
• Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline
• A bachelor's degree or management experience
