  • Lead program operations, including meeting coordination, action tracking, status reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain program schedules, budgets, KPIs, and reporting dashboards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and blockers.
  • Support technical and operational decision-making by evaluating trade-offs, developing recommendations, and driving issue resolution across teams.
  • Contribute to broader TPM operational initiatives, including quarterly planning, process improvements, issue tracking, and performance measurement activities.
Requirements

  • Proven track record managing complex cross-functional technical programs from concept through execution
  • Experience managing and coordinating international suppliers and external partners
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and context-switch effectively across technical and operational topics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
