Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, development, review, approval, rollout, and maintenance of training materials for L3 Vehicle Operators.
• Partner with SMEs, Instructional Designers, Project Managers, Training personnel, and other stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Maintain project plans and provide updates on milestones, risks, outstanding actions, schedules, and completion status while driving projects toward deadlines.
• Review training content for accuracy, quality, consistency, usability, currency, and alignment with organizational standards; coordinate approvals and provide final sign-off within scope.
• Manage the training content portfolio, recurring audits, deployment-site coordination, training completion and compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Title: Project Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, development, review, approval, rollout, and maintenance of training materials for L3 Vehicle Operators.
• Partner with SMEs, Instructional Designers, Project Managers, Training personnel, and other stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Maintain project plans and provide updates on milestones, risks, outstanding actions, schedules, and completion status while driving projects toward deadlines.
• Review training content for accuracy, quality, consistency, usability, currency, and alignment with organizational standards; coordinate approvals and provide final sign-off within scope.
• Manage the training content portfolio, recurring audits, deployment-site coordination, training completion and compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Professional experience in training facilitation, development, coordination, program management, or a related function; experience in autonomous vehicles, vehicle operations, mobility, transportation, or comparable operational environments preferred.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and ability to explain technical or operational information clearly.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, and changing requirements.
• Experience supporting training implementation, refresher programs, content maintenance, audits, or compliance tracking; Learning Management System experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, accommodate a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, and travel up to 25% for deployment-site visits, training support, and in-person delivery.
