Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Assistant to provide project management support to the project team, performing general administrative tasks and contributing to scheduling and documentation processes.

The successful candidate will read blueprints, assist with PCOs, RFIs, and bills of values, and coordinate with vendors using MS Projects, SureTrack, and Oracle. This on-site role offers growth on high-profile construction projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years’ project management support experience in construction is desirable.
• Experience reading blueprints and pricing using standard references.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price material vouchers.
• Write up and track RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Track payroll for Rosendin and subs; fill required forms (HRC, OCIP).
• Update project schedules using Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Prepare monthly billing and Schedule of Values; maintain material flow sheets.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and assist with light material ordering.
