Job summary

Patterson Custom Homes is Orange County’s premier custom home builder seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Costa Mesa headquarters. The role supports our Project Coordination department with bid procurement, site meetings, purchasing, inputting design specs, and managing change orders.

This office-based position has no hybrid/remote option. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (construction or interior design preferred).
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support bid procurement for projects.
• Attend site meetings and document outcomes.
• Handle purchasing and input design specifications.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
