Qualifications

• Proven competence plus knowledge of general billing procedures.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service).
• Some Project Management experience is a plus.
• Dispatch experience is a plus.
• Solid computer skills and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, spreadsheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Team player who can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions related to new equipment.
• Coordinate field planning and scheduling of technicians.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers, Technicians, and outside operations.
• Work with receivables and US branches to ensure accurate billing.
• Create installation calls and maintain customer information.
• Complete billing documents and lien releases as required.
• Provide support to the reporting manager for daily functions.
