Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM periods for new and renewed service contracts.
• Review contract execution reports and release contracts when appropriate.
• Monitor PM schedules and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Branch and Dispatch teams to resolve issues.
