Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Project Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This back-office role plans, executes, and finalizes projects for major account customers, coordinating resources, schedules, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will review drawings, prepare RFIs and quotes, manage change orders, and track progress using established reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ direct work experience in project management capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Estimate resources, track milestones, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and implement reporting systems for project management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee installations across multiple sites and verify site conditions.
