ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, a global leader in automated pedestrian door solutions, seeks a Key Accounts Project Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This role plans, executes, and finalizes projects for large key accounts, coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.

The position emphasizes back-office project management, resource planning, and effective communication with end users and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ direct work experience in project management capacity.
• Strong familiarity with project management software.
• Experience with third party EDI systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage new installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Estimate resources, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and implement best practices, tools, and reporting systems for project management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee installations across Canada, including scheduling and progress tracking.
• Review drawings, create RFIs, and prepare quotes for tenders and replacements.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and glazing contractors on site plans.
• Order doors, glass, aluminum profiles, and hardware; manage factory and change orders.
• Conduct site visits and prepare packing slips for orders.
• Generate sales order reports to support internal processes.
