Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, a leader in automated door solutions, is seeking a Project Specialist in Monroe, NC. You will support billing transactions, scheduling technicians, and coordinating field planning activities for new equipment installations.

You will work closely with Installation Managers, Technicians, and Receivables to ensure accurate billing and smooth project execution, while handling administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service – medical billing/coding experience a plus).
• Some Project Management is a plus.
• Dispatch Experience is a plus.
• Solid computer skills and familiar with MS Office products, Word, Excel and electronic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions for new equipment.
• Field Planning Coordination for installations.
• Schedule technicians for installation jobsites.
• Address customer questions during schedule confirmations with knowledge of equipment.
• Coordinate with outside operations, Installation Managers and Technicians to ensure accurate billing.
