Twenty-Six Defense in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support the Program Manager in the product development, production and sustainment life cycle. You will handle asset tracking, shipping requests, warehouse processing, and program metric reporting to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1–3 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5+ years may substitute.
• 1–3 years of functional experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Project.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control assigned discrete projects to meet deadlines.
• Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and quality; manage documents.
• Maintain project records, prepare status reports, and take meeting minutes.
• Assist Program Manager in maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders and escalate risks.
• Ensure ITAR, TINA, FAR, and safety compliance; promote process improvements.
