Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex programs through all lifecycle stages. You will oversee cost, schedule, quality, customer relations, and technical performance, while mentoring junior managers and forecasting sales and gross profit.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, contract strategy with customers and suppliers, and cross-functional leadership across IPTs to ensure program success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Has demonstrated experience in the applicable technical area or product line.
• 5+ years program management experience is required. MP® Certification or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Holds self and team accountable for high performance standards.
• Mentor more junior project/program managers.
• Lead development of detailed program plans and budgets.
• Build and maintain close customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing and support contract goals.
• Lead program reviews and risk analyses to drive improvements.
