FedSync is seeking a Project Coordinator II to provide high‑level administrative and operational support within a complex organizational structure at a Division level or within a multi‑layered Directorate/Program. This role requires proactive coordination, discretion, and initiative to manage internal procedures, support executive decision‑making, and facilitate communication across multiple subordinate groups. This position serves as a key liaison between the civil‑servant supervisor and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of administrative functions and strategic priorities.
Highly organized, proactive professional with a strong understanding of Project Coordinator II operations in a government or large‑scale organizational setting. Adept at managing competing priorities, navigating formal procedures, and supporting executive‑level decision‑making. Demonstrates initiative, discretion, and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with a supervisor’s strategic goals. Experience in coordinating across multiple organizations and handling sensitive information is essential.
