Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in project coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to support timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts and reports.
• Track progress against milestones and report updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support financial processes such as job costing and invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers as needed.
