Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet deadlines and budget.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with purchasing.
• Update project status and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Safety on project activities.
• Maintain filing systems per retention policies.
• Prepare project invoices with AR team.
• Generate reports and track metrics.
