Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the local office (CTC). You will be part of a dynamic team that helps Convergint grow while delivering world-class service to customers.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with project delivery, coordinate with Project Managers, and maintain project data in our systems. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years administrative support/office experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle.
• Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Administer project setup in financial system and project management applications.
• Maintain project details and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with purchasing; track material orders and delivery dates.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover to Service team.
