The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with Project Managers, field personnel, and trade partners, including meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree or 4 years' equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of successful experience leading field operations in commercial construction.
• Experience with contract administration and project documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track trade contracts, bid packages, subcontracts, and change orders under the Project Manager.
• Manage technical document exchange, submittals, shop drawings and RFIs.
• Support project accounting: owner pay apps, review project costs and invoices.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and assist with schedule and resource planning.
