You will work with the VP of Field Operations, field teams, and project teams to drive performance and profitability. The role includes hiring support, developing team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management, and ensuring timely project closeout and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervise team members and hold them accountable for performance.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in hiring new staff and in development conversations.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Ensure proper cost control and documentation on projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams and field operations to maximize project profitability.
• Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness with the team.
• Ensure use of Ryan Tools and consistent construction methods across projects.
• Prepare monthly status reports for the VP of Field Operations.
