Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide daily support for key projects and accounts, ensuring successful planning and execution. You will identify issues, troubleshoot, and align activities with safety standards and corporate policies.

You will interface with team members, manage quotes and orders, and coordinate with the Plant Manager to ensure on-time production and delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 0–2 years glass/aluminum experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Able to multi-task, organized, efficient & accurate.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with team daily regarding jobsite production orders and planning.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage flow of materials, inventory & non-stock items.
• Enter project quotes and related documents within 24 hours.
• Provide quotes with disclaimers & obtain vendor pricing for high-volume requests.
• Coordinate information with Plant Manager to ensure timely production & delivery.
• Maintain relationships with internal & external customers; support sales as needed.
• Support back-up duties & training as assigned by Management.
