Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Glass Project Coordinator II to support estimating and project management. You will act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, taking ownership of follow-ups and basic estimating to keep projects on track and meet expectations.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and proactive communication to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in the glass/aluminum industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries.
• Estimate simple projects based on customer specs and product knowledge.
• Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.
• Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.
• Prepare project documentation (orders, warranties, close-out packages).
• Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with AR to support billing.
• Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
