Job summary

AM Glass Inc is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team across multi-site glazing and architectural metal projects in New York City. You will drive accountability, maintain project logs, and ensure deadlines, action items, and dependencies are clearly documented and escalated when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple active construction projects.
• Ability to understand construction schedules, drawings, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend bi-weekly PM meetings and maintain detailed, job-specific action lists.
• Assign and track task owners, due dates, priorities, and completion status.
• Follow up with PMs to confirm progress and commitments.
• Maintain Monday.com project data and track submittals, shop drawings, procurement, deliveries, and change orders.
• Escalate overdue tasks and blockers to the Head of Project Management.
• Coordinate with PMs to prioritize responsibilities around milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare concise project-status updates for leadership and PM meetings.
