Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the glass, envision, and aluminum customer service teams. You will oversee onboarding, training, process improvements, and the implementation of corrective actions to maintain exemplary service and high customer satisfaction.

The role partners with sales, project management, and order entry to develop service packages, drive performance, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to company standards and OSHA

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of customer service or relevant experience required.
• 5 years supervisory/management experience overseeing 15+ staff.
• Glass and aluminum knowledge preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; relationship skills; time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the Customer Service departments (Glass, Envision, Aluminum).
• Onboard and train employees; communicate processes and procedures.
• Introduce new products and verify conformance to specs and service.
• Provide timely feedback and manage performance reviews and issues.
• Hire/fire as needed; develop and retain hourly and exempt staff.
• Interact with team daily on customer service, production and sales decisions.
