• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with CRM workflows.
• Proficiency with Macola and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather project details with sales and customers to align with schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date project trackers and communicate milestones.
• Ensure orders are complete and entered accurately.
• Manage post-award activities: contracts, bids, submittals, orders, shipments, changes.
• Coordinate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to support outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to ensure engineered part numbers are created and introduced into sales.
• Develop training materials and process support for the sales team.
• Help reduce returns and delays by improving order accuracy and coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
