Job summary

TESIM Electric is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator in Austin, TX to help electrical project teams stay organized through scheduling, tracking, communication, and document support. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas.

Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.

Qualifications

• Must have basic coordination/office experience or related customer service roles.
• Ability to quickly learn construction terminology and processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Update project trackers, action lists, meeting notes, contact lists, and status reports.
• Route submittals, RFIs, drawings, purchase requests, and closeout documents.
• Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and follow-up with project staff, vendors, and field teams.
• Maintain orderly electronic project files and escalate missing information.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is welcome but not required.
• 0-2 years of office, coordination, customer service, or construction-related experience.
• Basic Excel, email, and document-management skills.
• Ability to learn construction terms and manage several deadlines.
