Job summary

Wessler Engineering in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Operations Group and keep engineering projects moving from start to finish.

You will partner with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Accounting, and other teams to coordinate information, contracts, budgets, documentation, and processes, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in professional services or civil engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support.
• Assist with client correspondence and project communications.
• Monitor project budgets in coordination with PMs and Accounting.
• Coordinate project specs and QC of deliverables.
• Support contract processing and filing.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking tools.
• Prepare project profiles and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to keep information flowing.
