Job summary

Wabtec in Charleroi, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of engineered-to-order projects from order receipt to delivery. You will liaise between Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and customers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

This full-time, in-office role requires residency in the area or relocation. You will help plan, track, document, and communicate progress, raise risks, and coordinate cross-functional activities on the shop floor as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination/administration experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineered-to-order environment preferred.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineered-to-order projects.
• Create and maintain schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Sales.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines meet contractual and internal requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
