IRIS Software Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team, helping coordinate the successful delivery of IRIS software solutions for our customers. You don’t need to already be a Project Manager.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident working with customers and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities at once. You could come from software, customer delivery, consulting, operations, customer success or another coordination-focused

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive with ownership and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative approach across teams.
• Experience in software, technology, payroll or HR helpful.
• Formal PM qualifications not essential.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate customer projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans, timelines, actions and information.
• Work closely with customers to understand priorities and provide updates.
• Coordinate internal teams and specialists involved in delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities at the same time.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed.
• Proactively follow up on actions to keep delivery moving.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Support smooth project completion and customer handovers.
