Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead successful implementations of IRIS software solutions for customers.

You will own projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with customers and internal teams to keep milestones on track, manage risks, and ensure customers get maximum value from their IRIS solution.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software or complex delivery projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior customers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects.
• Collaborate with customers to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, resources and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate clearly to manage expectations.
• Maintain governance and delivery documentation.
