Job summary

PD Instore in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage workflow from intake through the project lifecycle. You will partner with the Project Manager to ensure projects are defined, on track, and accurately documented in our systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and a preferred 2-year technical/business degree. Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Mac-based Excel and D365 are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Prefer 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to wear PPE and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for projects and information.
• Assist Project Manager by gathering and transmitting information.
• Take project specs, request estimates, and relay them to the PM.
• Update project records in D365 and communicate changes.
• Inspect proofs and coordinate approvals with PM/Client.
• Set up press checks with PM/Client when needed.
• Contribute to PD’s workplace values and safety policies.
