Job summary

Bay Crane is seeking a Project Coordinator at our Cleveland, OH branch to support the regional sales team with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and project documentation. You’ll act as a liaison among customers, field personnel, and internal departments to keep projects moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes organized workflow, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment with safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or transportation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane rentals, transportation logistics, and job scheduling across active projects.
• Schedule crane operators, riggers, support equipment, and transportation resources.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to the sales team and management.
• Assist with fleet utilization, equipment availability, and resource planning.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales, dispatchers, and field personnel.
