SERVPRO of Wichita Falls is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to serve as a liaison with customers, identify project requirements, and organize project activities to support teammates.

Responsibilities include clear project communication with customers and stakeholders, daily oversight, creating preliminary estimates, reviewing site documentation, and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure thorough, accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to monitor status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
