SERVPRO of Wichita Falls is hiring a Project Coordinator to act as the liaison for customers, identifying project requirements and specifications while administering and organizing projects to support teammates.

The role requires self-motivation, organization, and outstanding customer service, with opportunities to grow within the team. Compensation is hourly and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail oriented.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.

The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
