Job summary

SERVPRO of Quincy and Hannibal is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes self-motivation, organization, and outstanding customer service skills.

The candidate will oversee daily project activities, create preliminary estimates, and ensure accurate project documentation from beginning to end, collaborating with Project Managers and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
