Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, is seeking a Project Manager to guide complex AV installations from initiation to close. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and client satisfaction, and serve as the main interface with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in AV-related project management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on time and on budget in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in AV or commercial environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects within complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across all project phases.
• Coordinate project communications and meetings with engineers, clients and vendors.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
