Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring a Project Coordinator in Minnesota as an entry-level position. The role involves coordinating client services, scheduling, and monitoring provider performance, with a salary in the low-to-mid $40k range. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with growth opportunities and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
• Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients' service records.
• Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
